 Sapulpa Institute of Karate classes build confidence, character, and capability.

Mission Statement: To advance and teach the Traditional Japanese Goju Karate system of values to our students including discipline, respect, honor and physical conditioning along with the techniques of karate necessary for self-defense, katas, and sparring.

Vision: To remain traditional in our methods and teaching of Japanese Goju by adhering to the requirements of rank that has been established and advanced from the early years of Japanese Goju Karate.

Policy: Allowing for the advancement of Japanese Goju through the teaching of various techniques for purposes of sparring and not making these techniques a requirement of rank, we maintain the traditions of Japanese Goju Karate by adhering to the traditional requirements of rank.
