October 9, 2007 update: U.S. Marine and Soliday Black Belt, Eric Jamison, pays a visit to
the Sapulpa Institute of Karate!
Eric Jamison, 1st DAN Goju, graduated from his training in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Eric stopped by with his father, former Soliday student Larry Jamison, to pay a visit to everyone
during our Tuesday evening karate class.
It was a great pleasure to see Eric, as many have been
thinking of him and wondering how he has been. We look forward to the time when we see him
next! Eric is going on to his next training where he may have an opportunity to use his
Goju Black Belt in helping instruct Marines in martial arts!
October 8, 2007 update: The Showdown at Frontier City has been cancelled!
We received word today that “The Showdown” karate tournament originally scheduled for October 13th
has been cancelled. For those who Pre-Registered, Frontier City has indicated they would
be mailing back your check.
